An apparently widely held opinion: Republicans and the right wing will fairly and competently run the country based on the needs and desires of the many, not the privileged few.

Many Republicans and almost all Tea Party folks believe in equality before the law and in particular the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. Even though Obama swore an oath to support the Constitution, by his actions, he has shown his contempt for the Founding Documents.
