Climate change deniers in retreat...

Check out this article from Dana Milbank in today's WaPo.  Perhaps there is still hope before we turn the corner of no return.  Climate change is for real, and it is scary!  Just ask that poor polar bear whose world is literally melting away.

'Icebreakers work to free stuck ships in Lake Superior..."

Is this another sign of retreat? Computer model predictions of lower temps that are not matched by actual readings is a problem for the "Warmists".

The Warmist's myth does not seem to be registering with the American people. The results from a recent Florida poll are:

"The poll actually begins by asking respondents what the most important issue facing the country is and despite all the media support for climate change just 3% of Americans chose that as the top issue, right above gun control at 2%.

Even among Democrat voters climate change was only the top issue for 2% while gun control was the top issue for 3% of Democrats."

I thought this was a rather humorous response to a stupid column by a Oxford graduate. The full article can be found on Breitbart.

"Look. I don’t want to turn this into an Oxford v. Yale issue. I’m sure some perfectly clever, decent people went to Yale. I know some incredibly dumb people have been through Oxford.

But what I will say as an Oxford graduate to a Yale graduate is that if ever you’d tried producing an essay as threadbare as this effort to the professors who taught me, you, Milbank, would have been totally ripped to shreds.

Your argument doesn’t stand up. It’s a confection of straw men and non-sequiturs. It is not supported by the facts. You have twisted the evidence. You have begun with a promise which you have simply failed to deliver. You, my friend, are what today’s undergraduates would call an “Epic Fail.”
