As labor goes, so goes the middle class
Want to understand why the corporate right demonizes the labor movement and does everything it can to destroy unions? Read this article and you will see. It’s a very succinct summary, with solid statistics and facts underpinning it.
Your premise is untrue. FDR, George Meany, Reagan, Scott Walker and conservatives agree that public unions should not have barganing rights, because the public unions raise money for politicians who will turn around and bargain with them for the benefit of the union rather than for the benefit of the taxpayer.
