"Birth of the Cool" is an album that collects the twelve sides recorded by the Miles Davis nonet (featuring Gerry Mulligan, Lee Konitz and others) for Capitol Records in 1949 and 1950. Always love a nice chorale...
I have sung in a few choirs and a top-notch male chorus, and every once in a while I regret that I didn't keep it up.
